At S4T India, we are committed to delivering high-quality electronic and security products such as CCTV cameras, DVRs, routers, and biometric devices. To ensure transparency and customer satisfaction, we have a clear policy regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Please review your order carefully before checkout.
In case of duplicate orders or payment errors, contact us immediately at support@cctv.differentaa.com
or call +91 8123405008. If the order has not been processed, we will assist you accordingly.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided once an order has been shipped. However, under specific conditions, we offer a replacement or refund:
The product was damaged during transit
You received the wrong item
An item from your order is missing
3. Conditions for Replacement or Refund
To be eligible, you must:
Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery
Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging as proof
Return the item in its original packaging, unused, and with all accessories/invoice intact
Once verified, we will:
Send a replacement (subject to availability), or
Issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days
4. No Refunds or Replacements Will Be Provided If:
The issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery
The product was installed, tampered with, or used improperly
The return is requested due to personal preference or compatibility issues
Items like software, consumables, or custom orders are not eligible for returns
